Unlocking Targeted Marketing Success: How Our Prospect Finder App Reveals Hidden Opportunities for Companies
As we continue our work with different types of companies looking to boost their targeted marketing, we recently worked with a home service company in Nashville. The app that was built out for this company is called the Prospect Finder. Here are some free bee insights that we were able to help our client reveal through the use of our app.
Using the filters on our app allows you the ability to drill down to the specific personas you are looking to target. For this example, we were looking in Brentwood, TN. The LLC Flag allows you to decide if you want to look at properties that are LLC’d, not LLC’d, or All properties. The owner at different addresses allows you to see if the owner of the property lives there or not. If not, you can find out if they Airbnb it, or rent it, and this could give you insights as to how you want to market your service to them.
Our app also has built in sliders that can be changed to only view the selected type of persona you are looking for. You can change things from the acreage of property you want to look at, to the estimated value of properties you want to look at, to the year the property was last sold, to the number of owners to help you drill down to the selected persona you are looking for.
Another intriguing feature that we have added to our app is the use of the heatmap and what information it provides you. Once you have all of your filters set to show you different personas you may be looking for, you can use the heat map to drill down to select neighborhoods that may have a cluster of dots representing a hot zone of properties with a higher likelihood of needing your service. When working with us, the app will show addresses, and the estimated value of the property.
Once all your filters are set and you are either zoomed into a certain neighborhood or zoomed out to show a larger area, the app will then list off the addresses within the scope of the heatmap, as well as their mailing address if they do not reside at the house on the map (could be an Airbnb that they have, etc). It will also show the count of their properties within that area. It will look something like this:
As an example, this could be someone who is looking to provide their service to a single or two person owner household that has a higher value house, hinting towards having a higher disposable income and possibly less time on their hands to do things like seal their driveway or clean their windows, etc.
The biggest advantage our company offers is the complete control to create your target audience, and then use the tools we provide you to market your business to your target market. If you go door-to-door, the heatmap allows you the ability to find hot spots and spend your efforts there, giving your business the highest chance of scoring work rather than randomly knocking on houses. If you send out mailers to random addresses, you can download the addresses from the list you created through the filters and market to those people instead of leaving your business to random chance.
