The first (pictured above) requires no data from you and gives insight into who your best targets may be based on applying expertise in the landscaping industry (my brother has blogged about this here). This app:

- Allows finding clusters of desirable targets based on filtering (yards bigger than 0.5 acres and valued over $XXX,XXX.
- Find rental properties and true owner address and counts of their total properties owned in your area in order to work out bulk deals
- Find out of state owners who may need maintenance while they are gone.
Unlike our next app the above app has no quantification of how likely a given lead is to buy your service, but it allows you to find out how to contact people that fit your ideal customer based on your filtering.
The second app requires customer data from you including address and value of sales if available, and returns mathematically ranked suggestions of who is most likely to be your next customer and how much they may be worth. We can see below an uploaded spreadsheet with simulated data as the input to this more advanced app.
The uploaded data is automatically joined with the data that exists in the app with various demographic variables and builds a model to find patterns and predict who is most likely to be your next customer and how valuable they may be based on their similarity to attributes of your current customers.
With the output of this app, you can either send mailers, target online advertising to high score clusters, go door knocking, or otherwise communicate your offer to these high potential landscaping leads.
