One of the many products that we offer is our free to use app called the Service Explorer. The point of the service explorer is to allow people to look at historical data from 2021 through June of 2024. Our free to use app allows individuals to search by keyword the type of work they are looking for, along with the industry it may be in. The below graph is an example.
In this specific case study, you can see we were looking at mechanical residential work with an emphasis of “heat” as the keyword. The black colored dots represent all different kinds of jobs done that focused around “heat”. These variables change based on what you are looking for. One of the insights that will be super beneficial to companies is the use of Wordcloud. The Wordcloud allows individuals to see what other words seem to have a big impact in that industry currently, allowing them to start offering that service if they don’t already, or look into gaining market share by offering that service.
Noted above, the Wordcloud spits out words in different sizes, ranking them. For instance, a search focusing on "heat" in mechanical residential work highlighted "heat pump" as a significant term. This insight helps companies make informed business decisions, such as adjusting their service offerings or marketing strategies.
